Worth emailing about
- A code that came back dead. Tell us which one, and what the game said if it said anything. Dead codes get pulled or moved down to the thin-backing table, and reader reports are what move them.
- A reward figure that looks wrong. If a code paid something other than what this page claims, that is exactly the kind of correction we want — it is how the conflict block on the codes page eventually gets settled.
- Something missing or unclear. If a page left you with a question it should have answered, that is a defect worth reporting.
- Privacy requests. Asking what we hold, or asking us to delete mail you have sent. Both are handled — see the privacy policy.
What we cannot help with
- Expired codes. Once the developers rotate a code out, no site can bring it back. We can only take it off the list faster.
- Account, ban or purchase problems. Those sit with Roblox or with the game's developers. We have no access to either and cannot look into an account.
- Lost progress or missing items. Same reason. A reward that never arrived after a successful redemption is a developer-side issue.
- Code requests. We publish the codes the developers release. There is no supply of unreleased ones to hand out.
On reply times. There is no promise to make here. Mail gets read and corrections get made, but this is a small site and a fast answer is not something to commit to. Time-sensitive matters are better raised in the game's own community channels.
